In-Editor testing using Avatar Emulator
Test Requirements
If you have an Avatar Emulator installed in your project, you can test the asset before uploading your avatar.
In this example, I am using the Avatar 3.0 Emulator from Lyuma together with the Gesture Manager from BlackStartx (both available via the Creator Companion).
Please follow their respective guides for setting up the emulators if you don’t have them installed already.
Play Mode
Startup
Switch to Play mode and select your avatar in the hierarchy.
In the Inspector use the ring menu to enable the Leaf Blower.
To make testing simpler, there is a Skip Start toggle.
Activate it. The Leaf Blower should start without the need of pulling the string.
If you cannot hear the sounds play, make sure you have the scene camera with an Audio Listener component close by.
Eject Mode
Set the Mode to Eject, set Gesture R to 1 (Fist), then adjust Gesture Weight R to a value above 0.5.
The Leaf Blower should now be spitting out leaves, as shown below:

Leaf Devil
You can also test the Leaf Devil, a simple effect that lets leaves orbit around you.
This also works without the actual Leaf Blower enabled and might be used as part of an AFK animation or similar.

The Ground mode is rather difficult to test in the emulator. But if the things shown are working, it should also work at this point.
Feel free to make changes, expand, and adapt this asset to fit your needs.
If you encounter bugs, have questions, feature ideas or run into troubles, feel free to reach out.
